The 2023 Building Bridges had the opportunity to dive into GIS with their friends from the Virginia Geographic Alliance on May 10. Chris Bunin and Annie Evans led the team in its fifth session of the year. Chris led us through the treasure trove of resources and support that educators can expect from the VGA, the importance of GeoLiteracy, and what this looks like in lesson-building and application within a classroom.
